The Centennial Ballroom has the capability to be broken down into 10 separate meeting spaces with our dividing walls allowing for breakout spaces if required for conferences. The Centennial Ballroom can accommodate meetings from 50 people – 1500 people. Our breakfast buffet will run from 6:30am-8:00am and includes eggs, toast, bacon, sausage, hash browns, yogurt, coffee, tea and juice
